Punjab Regularization of Service Ordinance 2019 Amended Final | | PPSC Forum: Punjab Regularization of Service Ordinance 2019 Amended FinalGovernment of the Punjab has issued Regularization of Service Ordinance (Amendment) 2019, This Ordinance clearly states the conditions required for regularization of employees working on contract basis. This amendment has been done in Regularization of Service Ordinance 2018Conditions of the ordinance are as under:- It shall come into force at once. It shall apply to all the persons employed on contract in a department, who have completed three years continuous service before or after the commencement of the Act. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Act, the contract employees who have continuously been in service as such for a period not less than three years shall be eligible to be considered for appointment on regular basis.
